Mark and Lauren’s new four bedroom home in Mount Maunganui is a stunning example of the high standards of craftsmanship, design, and functionality that Landmark Homes is known for. With plans to build their new dream home, Mark and Lauren found the perfect location in Mount Maunganui. The 940m2 site included an existing home, which the couple lived in for 18 months to help them decide on the best orientation and layout for their new home.

Mark and Lauren initially had their plans drawn up by an architect, but they soon realised that the build cost was going to exceed their budget.
